ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
25-30 Photos ($150.00):
We will take up to 25 photos (including 5 aerial photos of the listing) for your listing and provide them within 48 hours. An additional hour will be provided at no additional charge when you add photos. 1 hour is added to your session when you select this add on.
5 aerial drone photos ($50.00)
We will take up to 5 additional aerial photos of your listing and provide them to you upon delivery of final video.
Twilight Photos ($20.00 per image):
We will generate custom twilight photos for your listing.
Virtual Staging ($25.00 per image):
We will virtually stage your listing.
AI Generated teaser video from photos ($50.00):
Utilizing 10 of the photos taken we will generate a short video approximately 20 seconds in length that brings your listing to life in a unique way.
Drone footage ($50.00):
Add aerial drone footage to your listing.
Voiceover your video ($50.00):
We will provide recording equipment and you can provide narration to your video. We will then take the recording and overlay it in the appropriate areas within your video. 30 minutes is added to your session when you select this add on.
Realtor Tour ($100.00):
We will mic you up and you can take us through the home as you narrate the listing. An additional hour will be added to the session at no additional charge. 1 hour is added to your session when you select this add on.
Additional 30 Seconds ($50.00):
Add an additional 30 seconds or more to any video.
Social Media teaser video ($50.00):
We will generate a social media teaser video up to 30 seconds in length to promote your upcoming listing.
Intro/Outro ($35.00 ea):
Add an intro or outro highlighting your company’s information to your video. 3 intro/outros will be provided for you to choose from. Intro/Outro videos are approximately 5-10 seconds in length and can be used at either the beginning or the end of your video. This is a one-time charge. Your intro/outro video will be saved and can be applied to any future videos you make with 678 Studios AZ.
Neighborhood Amenities ($50.00):
Add highlights from the immediate area (within 1/2 a mile of the listing) such as parks, schools, community centers, etc to your video. Limits apply.

Pricing Breakdown:
All video packages include editing with music, transitions, and final formatting. Every package also comes with:
A 2-3 hour film session.
Video recording equipment.
Two minimal revisions. If you see something you would like changed, let us know and we will do our best to make it perfect for you. Additional charges may apply beyond two revisions.
Client Logo Integration (logo must be provided in high-resolution format).
If your logo requires background removal (such as from a JPG or non-transparent image), an additional editing fee OF $20.00 may apply.
All package prices are before tax and subject to availability.
Video Consultations:
One initial phone/video 1 on 1 consultation are included with these packages to discuss the project (if necessary). Additional consultations are subject to availability.
Final Video Release:
Upon the video’s completion, a copy will be sent to the client with a watermark attached for the client’s review. Once final payment is received, the final video without the water mark will be provided to the client.
Multi Location/Multi Day Shoot:
An additional charge of $50.00 will be applied for each additional filming location..
An additional charge of $75.00 will be added per each additional day needed to complete the project.
Outside Maricopa County surcharge:
All packages are subject to a $75.00 surcharge that will be applied to the final price for packages that occur 25-50 miles outside of Maricopa County. An additional $50.00 surcharge will be applied for packages that occur 50-100 miles outside of Maricopa County.
Payments:
A deposit of 50% is due upon signing a contract with 678 Studios AZ, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Payment can be made via cash, check, debit/credit, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay/Cash.
Additional Fees:
An additional charge of $50.00 may be applied for a delay in the sessions start time (20 minutes or more) or delays during the session that are not the fault of 678 Studios AZ.
Each additional hour beyond the allotted packaged price will be subject to an additional $50.00.
Reshoots and Final Video Edits:
Reshoots will be at the discretion of 678 Studios AZ. Minor edits will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Major edits requested are subject to additional charges which will be determined based on the scope of the request.
