Yes, but it’s limited to northern Arizona at this time. Depending on the project, we will operate in some of the cities and towns north of the valley. Some of those locations include Prescott, Sedona, Strawberry, Pine, Payson, Flagstaff, Munds Park, and Williams.

Yes, all drone operators who are conducting flights for commercial use are required to be Part 107 Licensed by the FAA.
Always remember to hire a Licensed Part 107 Drone Operator for your commercial needs.
-
Yes. FAA Part 107 Operators are required to check air space they plan to operate in. Flights are always subject to restrictions based on the type of airspace and TFR’s (Temporarily Flight Restrictions) that may be in place.
We always check prior to entering into an agreement if the airspace where the filming will take place is approved.
-
Depending on the airspace and if no TFR’s are in place, we can normally obtain FAA approval in minutes.
FAA approvals are always requested and approved prior to any flight taking place.
-
A TFR is short for “Temporary Flight Restrictions”. These are normally put in place during major sporting events, such as playoffs, during natural disasters, like a wildfire, Presidential visits, and other major events.
When this happens Drone operators and other aircraft are prohibited from operating in certain areas. Depending on the situation, the TFR can be in place for several miles and kept in place for weeks at a time.
-
If a TFR is in place we will not operate our drones within its boundaries. We do provide other services that does not require use of a drone.
Reach out to us and we will go over the details.

It depends. Any stadium with a seating capacity of 30,000 people or more has an automatic TFR put in place one hour prior and one hour after an event takes place.
That TFR extends to a three-nautical-mile radius around the stadium. If you are within this area during a stadium event, we likely cannot operate there.
If it is during a time no event is taking place and there is no airspace restrictions, there should be no issues filming your event.
Some examples are State Farm Stadium (Arizona Cardinals Football) and Chase Field (Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball). It’s something to just be aware of, but not impossible to accomplish.
